Today I want you to show you my friend Lauren's listing. Lauren Zgutowicz is my oldest friend. We met in 3 year old mothers morning out at Holy Innocence. Then we moved over to Westminster with me and we've been friends ever since. We both went to Georgia together as well, and Lauren is going to be in our wedding :)
Not long ago I asked Lauren to come to Beacham & Company. She is absolutely killing it. It seems like she gets something under contract every single week. I have to say I'm not surprised. If I learned anything from studying for our 6th grade science exam with her, it's that she's extremely thorough, works way past the point when most people would give up (me), and she makes everyone do better because she's so determined. After studying for 10+ hours I was exhausted and sick of science. The next day I got a 94 on the exam. I'll never forget her example of hard work and determination. She is a fantastic real estate agent, and I'm so happy she's with us.
A few weeks ago I went out to Dunwoody to photograph the cutest house she has listed: 7105 Hunters Branch Drive .
